RESEARCH / LAB

Technical research, experimental models, and controlled publication surfaces.

Research as a working layer

Phronelis maintains an internal research line focused on inference, evidence, precision, irreversibility, and the construction of verifiable systems.

This surface does not present closed commercial products. It presents research, prototypes, visualizations, and technical notes under explicit limits.

Research / Lab exists to show the technical depth of the company without confusing research in development with commercial availability.

Stratified Coexistence of Time

Stratified Coexistence of Time (SCT) is a research line developed by Jesús Enrique Mujica Fernández on temporal direction, inferential precision, and effective irreversibility in sequential systems.

The framework studies how certain systems may express an effective arrow of time not as a narrative assumption, but as a structure linked to changes in precision, information loss, and dynamic degradation under defined conditions.

SCT is not presented here as a commercial product or as a closed scientific claim. It is a foundational research line within Phronelis Research / Lab, oriented toward exploring inferential precision, effective irreversibility, and temporal structure under defined conditions.

Its function within the company is cultural and methodological: strengthening the discipline with which Phronelis separates hypotheses, evidence, operational proxies, exact results, and public-communication limits.

Public DOI records

Phronelis maintains public research references to establish traceability and precedence without turning open research into a commercial promise.

Primary research record:

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19458231

Minimal precedence record:

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18795275

These records document a research line in development. They do not constitute universal empirical validation until the work has passed peer review or has been accepted for formal scientific publication.

Research visualizations

Phronelis uses internal visualizations to explore geometric structures, precision changes, inferential trajectories, and dynamic behavior under controlled scenarios.

These visualizations serve a conceptual and technical function:

- helping interpret complex structures;

- communicating working hypotheses;

- observing patterns under simulated conditions;

- separating visual intuition from formal evidence.

The visualizations should not be read as financial predictions, market simulations, or definitive physical demonstrations.

Lab simulators and artifacts

Lab gathers prototypes and experimental surfaces that allow ideas to be explored before they become products or formal publications.

Possible artifacts include:

- interactive HTML simulators;

- inferential geometry visualizations;

- internal experiment records;

- versioned technical notes;

- evidence packages;

- conceptual models under validation.

A Lab artifact can be useful without being production-ready. That distinction is central: Phronelis can show research and prototypes without turning them into commercial promises.

SCT Projection Gap Simulator

This interactive research visualization illustrates a simplified decomposition between geometric motion, rotational residue, and total observed dynamics.

Use the rotation control to increase or remove the residual component. With the residue removed, the system collapses visually toward the pure geometric field; with the residue increased, rotational structure appears and the effective arrow becomes visible.

This is a conceptual research artifact, not a market model, financial signal, or claim of universal physical validation. It is designed for desktop use.

Relationship to products

Research / Lab is not a commercial vertical.

Signals, Verify, and Crucible are product or applied-development surfaces. Research / Lab is the layer where ideas, hypotheses, conceptual frameworks, and prototypes are documented when they can help explain the company’s technical culture.

A research idea can only move toward product after operational reduction, validation, claim control, explicit limits, and a verifiable output architecture.

Publication discipline

Phronelis does not publish research to appear complex.

Each note, paper, visualization, or simulator must indicate its status:

- open research;

- hypothesis;

- prototype;

- partial validation;

- descriptive evidence;

- exact result under defined conditions;

- non-commercial artifact.

This classification prevents incomplete research from becoming marketing and protects the separation between scientific ambition, technical evidence, and available product.

Limits

Research / Lab does not imply that a hypothesis is closed, that a prototype is a product, that a visualization is physical proof, or that an experimental idea is commercially available.

Phronelis shows this layer because research is a real part of its technical construction. But every claim must preserve its correct weight.

Phronelis builds decision, verification, and evidence infrastructure for environments where noise is expensive.
