Purpose
- Manage access requests to the restricted private layer.
- Respond to professional or institutional inquiries received through the official contact channel.
- Maintain the minimum administrative traceability associated with the contact or access request.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject's request when that person voluntarily contacts Phronelis through the published email channel or asks for access to the restricted private layer.
Where applicable, processing may also be based on pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, on compliance with legal obligations, or on consent when the person voluntarily provides optional information.
Minimum required data
To respond to a contact or evaluate an access request, Phronelis needs at least identifying and contact data and the minimum information necessary to understand the request.
If that minimum data is not provided, the contact may not be answered or the access request may not be evaluated.
Data retention
Data is kept only for the time necessary to respond, manage the contact, evaluate access requests, and comply with any legal obligations that may apply.
If no further relationship is established, the data will be deleted or blocked when it is no longer necessary for those purposes.
Recipients
Personal data is not sold.
Data may be accessed, under confidentiality and only where necessary, by providers of hosting, email, or other technology services needed to operate the site or communications, as well as by competent public authorities when required by law.
International transfers
The current declared setup does not provide for international transfers of personal data.
If a provider located outside the European Economic Area must be incorporated in the future, the applicable safeguards will be adopted before any transfer takes place.
Automated decision-making
The current declared setup does not include automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects or similarly significant effects for the user.
